With a career spanning close to 30 years, Espino has held multiple executive and leadership positions including Director of Human Resources, Vice President, and Chief People Officer. He has also served as President of One Calls of America, Chair of the One Calls of America HR Best Practices Committee and was a contributing author of internationally adopted Damage Prevention Industry Best Practices. Espino played an instrumental role in shaping Colorado’s one-call legislation, solidifying his reputation as an influential voice in the field.
