With over 10 years experience supporting and organizing the big guns in both the corporate and public sectors, there isn’t an area of admin Jennifer hasn’t done before or can’t work out how to do. Her experience makes her the go-to person for Norfield’s customers.
Jennifer delivers what customers ask for – showing creativity and initiative in the process. She is responsible for helping to launch and promote the LOGiX™Platform with her focus on customer support, account management, onboarding and training. Learning the ins and outs of new processes and then tweaking them to be more efficient is her favorite way of helping Norfield’s customers.
Jennifer grew up in the tri-state area but now calls Atlanta, GA home. Here she juggles family life with her husband and two young children.
