With nearly 30 years of experience in the Damage Prevention Industry, José Espino has built a distinguished career as a trusted and strategic leader. 

Jose has held prominent industry leadership positions as President of One Calls of America, Chair of the One Calls of America Best Practices Committee, and contributed to the draft language in Colorado’s one-call legislation. A contributing author of internationally adopted Damage Prevention Industry Best Practices, Jose has played a key role in shaping policies and standards that influence organizations across the industry.

Known for a people-first leadership approach and a deep commitment to organizational excellence, Jose combines strategic foresight with operational expertise to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen workplace culture, and elevate quality management programs. 

When José is not exploring new partnership opportunities for Norfield, he’s a Denver Broncos fan who never misses a game. As a professional musician Jose performs with some of salsa’s greatest artists. Off the stage, he enjoys unwinding by listening to classic bebop vinyl.
